Responsibilities

• Building the Interactive Learning Plugin, an open-source tool for observability education within Grafana.
• Shipping production code to Grafana Cloud and OSS.
• Creating seamless onboarding experiences and intuitive workflows for educational content.
• Utilizing AI tools like Claude Code and Cursor for rapid prototyping, refactoring, and test generation.
• Applying observability principles (metrics, traces) to the learning experience to identify user struggles.

Requirements

• Expertise in TypeScript and Go.
• Experience with the Kubernetes ecosystem.
• Familiarity with the Grafana LGTM stack (Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Mimir).
• Strong product-focused development skills.
