About the Position

Introduction

NVIDIA is actively looking for passionate, highly motivated, and creative Senior Design Engineers to join their team. This role focuses on the design of cutting-edge memory sub-system components for NVIDIA’s industry-leading GPUs and SOCs. This is an opportunity to significantly impact product lines from consumer graphics to self-driving cars and artificial intelligence, contributing to NVIDIA's reputation as "the AI computing company."

Responsibilities

Own micro-architecture and RTL development of design modules.
Micro-architect features to meet performance, power, and area requirements.
Collaborate with HW architects to define critical features.
Work with verification teams to ensure the correctness of implemented features.
Interact with timing, VLSI, and Physical design teams to meet timing, interface requirements, and routability.
Cooperate with FPGA and S/W teams for design prototyping and software testing.
Engage in post-silicon verification and debug.

Requirements

BS / MS degree or equivalent experience.
4+ years of design experience.
Expertise in micro-architecture and RTL development for complex designs.
Familiarity with design and verification tools (e.g., VCS or equivalent simulation tools, Debussy, GDB).
Deep understanding of the ASIC design flow, including RTL design, verification, logic synthesis, prototyping, timing analysis, floor-planning, ECO, bring-up, and lab debug.
Proficiency in Verilog.

Nice to Have

Design experience in memory subsystem or network interconnect IP.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Scripting knowledge (Python/Perl/shell).
Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to work collaboratively in a team.
