Responsibilities

As a Data Consultant for Absence Software, you will be the link between data and business value. You will delve into complex absence data from national organizations, analyzing and interpreting it to create concrete recommendations and dashboards. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and optimize software functionality.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing and interpreting absence data from large (national) organizations.
• Developing and presenting dashboards and reports with concrete recommendations.
• Advising clients on the use of software for effective absence management.
• Providing workshops and training to users.
• Contributing to the continuous development of the product and translating client wishes into technical solutions.
• There is also an opportunity to serve as an internal data lead, guiding junior and medior consultants and joining the management team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a (data) consultancy role.
• Demonstrable experience with data analysis and interpretation.
• Strong communication and advisory skills.
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView).
• Affinity with software and data solutions.
• Completed HBO/WO education in a relevant field (e.g., Business Informatics, Business Analytics, Econometrics).
• Ability to collaborate effectively at various organizational levels and easily connect data to practical applications.
• Proactive attitude, analytical mindset, and a hands-on mentality are essential.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
