Responsibilities

• Architect the Playbook: Design regulatory frameworks for Web3 wagering.
• Partner with Product: Collaborate with engineers and product leads to build features that are "compliant by design."
• Navigating the Global Map: Strategize global expansion, identifying market entry points and launch strategies.
• Risk Assessments: Conduct thorough risk assessments to support bold business initiatives, focusing on solutions rather than limitations.
• Build the Network: Develop a global network of mission-aligned outside counsel to influence strategy.

Requirements

• Deep roots and understanding of the iGaming, Casino, or Sportsbook world.
• A law degree combined with a strong operational mindset, comfortable with cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, building processes from scratch and making decisions with incomplete information.
• Entrepreneurial drive, commercial savviness, and a high motor, excelling in fast-paced, competitive environments.
