Introduction

As a Senior Consultant at Sopra Steria, you will assist clients in both the public and private sectors with complex business and IT challenges by seamlessly integrating strategy, processes, technology, and data. You will develop and implement forward-thinking solutions that bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions, working closely with your team, stakeholders, and clients. Your analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and flexible mindset will contribute to digital transformations that help companies stay ahead.

Responsibilities

• Help clients integrate strategy, processes, technology, and data.
• Develop and implement future-oriented solutions that bridge business and IT needs.
• Collaborate closely with teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Apply analytical skills and a flexible mindset to drive digital transformations.
• Communicate vision clearly through presentations and workshops for effective implementation.

Requirements

• Tactical Advice: Minimum of 3 years of experience in consultancy, with a focus on Business & IT transformation, Business Process Excellence, Organizational Design, and/or (Agile) Portfolio Management.
• Leadership & Project Management: Proven experience in leading projects, achieving impactful results within deadlines and budgets, and guiding teams to success.
• Analytical & Innovative Skills: Ability to quickly analyze client challenges and opportunities, and design appropriate, creative solutions that are directly applicable to their operational environment.
• Pragmatic Client Solutions: Strong ability to translate client needs into concrete improvements in processes, systems, and organization, with a focus on achievable and sustainable results.
• Collaboration & Knowledge Transfer: Actively contribute to the development of colleagues through coaching and sharing best practices, thereby strengthening overall project quality and team results.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

• Monthly salary between €3,000 and €5,500 (based on a 40-hour week), depending on experience and role.
