About the Position

Introduction

Coinhako is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Blockchain Engineer to join our Payments and Wallet (PAW) team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in developing and evolving our decentralized applications (DApps) and ensuring seamless integration with Coinhako's broader ecosystem. We are looking for an expert in blockchain technologies with a strong background in smart contract development, digital asset custody, and API integration.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of advanced smart contracts across various blockchain platforms, ensuring optimization for performance, security, and adherence to industry best practices.
Manage and maintain robust custody solutions for digital assets, upholding the highest standards of security and compliance for cryptocurrencies, tokens, and digital records.
Conduct in-depth research and analysis of new opportunities within the evolving blockchain ecosystem.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop APIs that facilitate seamless interaction with blockchain data and functionalities.
Continuously improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes within the team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
5+ years of experience in building software systems, including decentralized applications for blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, etc.
Strong proficiency in Go, Ruby on Rails, and Solidity.
Comfortable with ambiguity, proactive in problem-solving, and skilled at scoping solutions collaboratively with teammates.
Highly organized and capable of managing independent work.

Knowledge of cryptography and security principles in blockchain.
