About the Position

Introduction

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Back-End Engineer with a specialization in Blockchain to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be crucial in building and maintaining cutting-edge payment platforms, focusing on leveraging blockchain technology to enhance security, transparency, and efficiency in financial transactions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement highly scalable and reliable backend services for our payment platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, front-end engineers, and other stakeholders, to define and deliver innovative solutions.
Specialize in blockchain technology, exploring and integrating it into our payment systems to optimize processes, reduce costs, and introduce new features.
Architect and implement smart contracts on various blockchain platforms.
Ensure the security and integrity of financial transactions by implementing robust cryptographic solutions and adhering to best practices.
Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to deployment and post-launch support.
Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to maintain code quality and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in backend development and blockchain.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Back-End Engineer, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects.
In-depth knowledge of backend programming languages such as Node.js, Go, or Python.
Extensive experience with blockchain technologies (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger, Corda), including smart contract development and deployment.
Solid understanding of decentralized systems, consensus algorithms, and cryptographic principles.
Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
