Senior AI Engineer

Introduction

Zuora is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join their Corporate Operations team. In this role, you will be a high-velocity builder, tasked with designing crucial integrations between autonomous AI agents and core business platforms such as Salesforce, Slack, and NetSuite. Your main goal will be to convert raw LLM capabilities into practical, production-ready internal tools that enhance the efficiency of company operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and build integrations between autonomous AI agents and enterprise platforms (Salesforce, Slack, NetSuite).
• Transform raw LLM capabilities into functional, production-ready internal tools.
• Streamline company operations through intelligent automation.
• Experiment and iterate quickly from concept to live production.
• Enhance existing codebases with intelligent features.
• Lead the shift toward AI-native operations.
• Mentor colleagues on best practices for AI-assisted development.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Core Languages: Proficient in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript for full-stack development.
• AI Frameworks: Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Vector Databases for building RAG pipelines.
• Vibe Tools: Daily use of Cursor and other LLM-based coding assistants.
• Integrations: Experience leveraging REST APIs and webhooks for agentic workflows.
• Strong understanding of AI-augmented programming.
• Ability to accelerate prototyping, refactoring, and debugging using AI tools.
