Established in 2019, Backbase Latam serves as our regional hub for Latin America. We deliver innovative digital banking solutions to financial institutions across Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Panama, and the Dominican Republic. As we continue expanding throughout the region, our Mexico City team remains at the forefront of digital transformation in Latin American banking.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of innovative digital banking solutions to financial institutions.
• Expand Backbase's presence in the Latin American market.
• Collaborate with the Mexico City team to lead digital transformation efforts.

Requirements

• Experience in sales within the FinTech or banking software sector.
• Strong understanding of the Latin American financial market.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Nice to Have

• Experience with blockchain or crypto technologies in financial services.
• Fluency in Spanish.
