Are you a driven Security Engineer with a passion for IT security and Microsoft technologies? Join ilionx as a Security Consultant and strengthen the digital security of leading organizations!

Responsibilities

As a Security Consultant at ilionx, you will play a crucial role in protecting our clients from cyber threats. You will work on challenging projects where you design, implement, and manage complex security solutions. Your daily activities will include:

• Advising clients on their security strategies and implementing best practices.
• Designing and implementing advanced security solutions, primarily based on Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft Defender suite, Microsoft Sentinel, Azure Security).
• Performing security assessments and drafting risk analyses.
• Providing technical support and expertise during security incidents.
• Mentoring junior consultants and sharing your knowledge.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as a Security Engineer, Security Consultant, or a comparable role.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with Microsoft security solutions, such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Identity, Cloud Apps, Microsoft Sentinel, Azure Security Center, and Azure AD Conditional Access.
• Experience with cloud security (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude, analytical thinking, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Certifications such as MS-500, AZ-500, SC-200, SC-300, or SC-400.
