Responsibilities

As a Security Architect at Team Rockstars IT, you will be deployed on exciting and challenging projects for various clients, both nationally and internationally. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex security architectures. You will collaborate closely with development teams, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that security is an integral part of every phase of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Your tasks will include:

• Designing and implementing robust and scalable security solutions.
• Performing risk analyses and advising on appropriate security measures.
• Developing security policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Guiding and coaching development teams on security best practices.
• Evaluating new technologies and security solutions.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our clients' security maturity.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as a Security Architect, Security Engineer, or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of security principles, technologies, and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, OWASP).
• Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge and experience with DevSecOps principles and tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar are a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
