SDR - Sales | Business Development (B2B DeFi)

UNCX Network offers decentralized, non-custodial, smart contract based B2B services: token minting, vesting, liquidity locking, & crowdfunding for blockchain companies.

Introduction

UNCX Network is a B2B-focused decentralized applications provider, originally on EVM chains and now expanding into the Solana Ecosystem. We offer DeFi non-custodial services such as liquidity lockers, token vesting solutions, initial liquidity offerings, and token minters.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for online sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential customers through various channels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
• Collaborate with the business development team to develop effective strategies.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competition activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, especially within Web3 projects.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices in the Web3 business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Notion.
