Introduction

As a Scrum Master at Team Rockstars, you will empower teams with the tools and guidance to excel in self-organization and multidisciplinary collaboration. You are a driven coach and facilitator who passionately embodies the Agile mindset, helping teams discover optimal workflows and resolve impediments. You will identify and remove obstacles, fostering a safe working environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an Agile strategy, ensuring continuous improvement of Agile processes and practices. With experience in various Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, you'll select the most suitable methods based on context and team needs. You will ensure efficient and effective collaboration, enabling our Rockstars to reach their full potential. Additionally, you will be an integral part of the Community of Practice, which focuses on defining and evolving the Scrum Master role within Team Rockstars and for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coach Agile teams to enhance self-organization and multidisciplinary cooperation.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies effectively.
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
• Develop and implement a continuous improvement strategy for Agile processes and practices.
• Foster a safe and productive working environment.
• Actively participate in the Community of Practice for Scrum Masters.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an IT environment.
• Proven experience with various Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Hold relevant certifications (PSM I/II, CSM, SAFe).
• Expertise in facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Proactive, problem-solving, and hands-on mentality.
• Possess a valid B driving license.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
