Introduction

Sopra Steria is seeking a passionate Scrum Master (Agile Consultant) to join their team in Groningen. You will help organizations and teams advance using agile methodologies, taking confident leadership to foster collaboration and maintain team productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide teams using agile methodologies.
• Facilitate communication among all stakeholders.
• Promote collaboration and ensure team productivity.
• Identify opportunities to support both clients and colleagues.
• Convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage team coordination and work pressure.
• Develop and deliver training and workshops on Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.

Requirements

• Minimum of an HBO (higher professional education) degree.
• Certified Scrum Master.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Scrum Master.
• Experience designing and facilitating team sessions, including new methodologies such as liberating structures, sociocracy, or Management 3.0.
• Experience in complex environments and successfully leading teams within those contexts.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
