Introduction

Responsibilities

• Guide multiple DevOps or multidisciplinary teams in their Agile way of working.
• Facilitate scrum events such as stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams in self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Assist Product Owners in drafting and prioritizing the backlog.
• Remove impediments and monitor team progress.
• Maintain close cooperation with stakeholders and other Scrum Masters.

Requirements

• Higher professional education (HBO) or university (WO) level of thinking and working.
• Experience as a Scrum Master in a complex or knowledge-intensive environment.
• Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM I, CSM) is a plus.
• Demonstrable experience guiding multiple teams simultaneously.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
• Structured approach and ability to maintain an overview, even in dynamic situations.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
