Scrum Master

Experis is a leading organization in the financial sector, constantly adapting to the latest market trends and developments by utilizing cutting-edge tools and techniques. With the increasing importance and interest in data, the organization is involved in challenging projects. You will be responsible for guiding and supporting two data teams through these projects. Each team consists of approximately 10 colleagues who work daily on processing the data flowing through the organization. These are two diverse teams, each with its own dynamics and challenges. Responsibilities

• Guide, facilitate, and coach two diverse data scrum teams.
• Timely identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Challenge team members to achieve the best results.
• Collaborate closely with fellow Scrum Masters and other members within the Agile Release Train.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience within a complex organization.
• Minimum of three years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Experience in a technical role (e.g., developer, technical application manager, or architect).
• Experience with SAFe or another framework.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, or a similar tool.
• Proficient in both Dutch and English communication.
• You are proactive, a connector, and driven.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
