This role involves taking ownership of the Salesforce ecosystem, transforming it into an intelligent automation engine. You will collaborate with global stakeholders to design and deploy LLM-driven workflows, aiming to simplify complex sales processes and boost team productivity.

Responsibilities

Design and deploy LLM-driven workflows to simplify sales processes and accelerate team productivity.
Prototyping and implementing RAG-based tools and prompt engineering for lead enrichment using GenAI and LLMs.
Building advanced Salesforce Flows and declarative logic for large-scale data operations.
Utilizing AI tools to write light Python or JavaScript for extending no-code solutions.
Acting as a pioneer within the Information Systems team, educating sales professionals on leveraging low-code AI capabilities.
Managing the entire lifecycle of system enhancements, from sandbox testing to global production deployment.

Requirements

Experience bridging the gap between enterprise systems and generative AI.
Proficiency in the Salesforce ecosystem and its evolution into an intelligent automation engine.
Expertise in GenAI, LLMs, RAG-based tools, and prompt engineering.
