    About the Position

    Introduction

Anchorage Digital is seeking a visionary Salesforce Architect to lead the firm's Revenue Engine. In this pivotal role, you will be the lead engineer responsible for bridging complex financial workflows with scalable systems design for the world's most advanced digital asset platform. This is an opportunity to move beyond configuration into enterprise strategy, owning the architectural roadmap for our go-to-market systems and ensuring they are robust, secure, and compliant with federal banking standards.

    Responsibilities

    • Systems Architecture & Design Mastery: Design scalable data models, complex sharing/visibility patterns, and multi-system integration strategies.
    • Technical Governance & DevOps: Possess a deep understanding of the Salesforce "Order of Execution," CI/CD pipelines, and environment management (Sandboxes to Production).
    • Strategic GTM Solutioning: Translate C-suite revenue goals into technical workflows that reduce friction and improve data velocity.
    • Financial Services/Regulated Industry Expertise: Build in environments with high compliance, KYC/AML, and security auditing requirements.
    • Architectural Authority: Act as the final reviewer for all system changes, ensuring every Flow, Apex trigger, and integration adheres to enterprise-grade design patterns.
    • Advanced Solutioning: Resolve complex problems where "Out-of-the-Box" functionality meets its limits, particularly concerning Large Data Volumes (LDV) and programmatic automation.
    • FinTech Ecosystem Mastery: Navigate integrations between Salesforce and internal systems, ERPs (NetSuite), and CLM tools (Ironclad).
    • Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Independently drive the bi-weekly sprint cycle, prioritizing high-impact architectural stability.
    • Security & Compliance Leadership: Collaborate with Legal and Finance to ensure Salesforce meets federal banking charter standards for data segregation and auditability.
    • Technical Debt Mitigation: Audit and refactor legacy configurations to ensure system performance as the firm scales.
    • Organizational Knowledge: Maintain awareness of Anchorage Digital's strategy, objectives, and trends affecting success.
    • Communication and Influence: Help team members understand strategic goals, effectively communicate progress, and promote a positive, empathetic environment. Influence others while preserving relationships and act as a role model for Anchorage's culture and values.
    • Cross-functional Alignment: Ensure cross-functional alignment in delivering on go-to-market objectives.

    Requirements

    • Tenure: 8–10+ years of Salesforce-specific solutioning experience, with clear progression from Administrator to Architect.
    • Certifications: Possession of the Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect credentials (or the individual "Designer" certifications that comprise them).
    • Domain Expertise: Significant experience in Financial Services, Crypto, or FinTech, specifically dealing with the security and data integrity needs of a regulated institution.
    • GTM Fluency: Deep familiarity with the modern "Revenue Stack," including CPQ, HubSpot/Marketo integrations, and BI reporting (Looker).

    Nice to Have

    • Experience with Apex and LWC (Lightning Web Components); ability to read and vet code is a strong differentiator.
    • Certified Technical Architect (CTA) designation or active pursuit of the review board.
