Introduction

Are you looking for a graduation internship where you can develop your commercial talent? A new graduation assignment is available in the Commercial department. We are looking for your brilliant ideas to excite even more potential customers!

Responsibilities

The Commercial department ensures that sales agendas are full of appointments with potential customers. How? By calling with passion and enthusiasm. By asking the right questions, you can uncover the prospect's needs and then offer the right solution.

During your internship, you will enjoy working with us to achieve our targets. But most importantly, you will find the best way to connect with new prospects. Together, we'll create a suitable research question that aligns with your studies and benefits AFAS. We already have several assignments ready:

• Investigate the best ways to approach prospects. Is it by calling, sending a message, or using a video?
• Optimize our cold acquisition strategies.
• Research how we can best leverage AI in approaching prospects.
• If you have a different idea, we'd love to hear it!

Requirements

• HBO or university level education and work experience.
• Available full-time for 5 months to work with us (We work four days a week; Friday is our development day, which you can use for your studies).
• Interest in business processes and software.
• Proactive and flexible work attitude.
• You are energized by securing appointments.
• A desire to stay with AFAS after your internship.
• Ability to break down barriers with prospects (figuratively!).
• Ability to work independently and enjoy having significant freedom within your research.
• Possess a healthy dose of persuasiveness.
• Enjoy contributing ideas for setting up commercial activities.
• In addition to your graduation research, you are able and willing to actively contribute.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
