This role involves building, designing, developing, and presenting high-impact prototypes and architectural designs for major financial institutions using modern AI-assisted workflows. You will leverage Python, Generative AI, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to rapidly generate code and data pipelines. By utilizing AI-native development practices, you’ll accelerate the creation of Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and help clients navigate the shift toward modern data fabrics and RAG-based architectures.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor, mentoring customers on technical best practices.
• Lead technical qualification calls.
• Design, develop, and present high-impact prototypes and architectural designs.
• Bridge the gap between complex data technology and client success.
• Leverage Python, Generative AI, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to rapidly generate code and data pipelines.
• Accelerate the creation of Proofs of Concept (PoCs) using AI-native development practices.
• Help clients navigate the shift toward modern data fabrics and RAG-based architectures.
• Shape product roadmaps by feeding client insights directly back to the engineering team.
• Master the latest in cloud-native and AI-integrated systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong experience in Sales Engineering.
• Proficiency in Application Development.
• Excellent Problem-Solving skills.
• Strong Presentation Skills.
• Solid Business Acumen.
• Expertise in Technical Architecture.
• Experience with Proof of Concept (PoC) development.
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong skills in Data Engineering.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Generative AI and Machine Learning.
• Knowledge of API Management.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• 5-10 years of experience (implied from tag).
