As a Sales Engineer Analyst within the North American Acceptance Solutions team at Visa, you will serve as the primary technical architect for key merchant partnerships. This role involves leading in-depth discovery sessions, crafting intricate architecture diagrams, and translating business needs into operational payment ecosystems. You will be the crucial link demonstrating how Visa’s technology integrates into merchants' unique infrastructures.

This position is tailored for modern developers who embrace AI-assisted workflows. Visa seeks candidates proficient in leveraging 'vibe coding' and NLP technologies to develop rapid Proof of Value (PoV) demonstrations. By utilizing AI to manage the complexities of API integrations and webhook simulations, you can concentrate on effective storytelling and value-based selling, rather than manual coding intricacies.

Responsibilities

Rapid Prototyping: Employ AI tools to create and present functional payment integrations using REST APIs.
Technical Architecture: Develop high-level blueprints for merchant ecosystems, emphasizing scalability and best practices.
Collaborative Strategy: Work with sales and product teams to refine market feedback and shape future payment solutions.
Process Innovation: Proactively identify and integrate emerging AI technologies into the sales engineering lifecycle to enhance efficiency and impact.

Requirements

Bachelor's or postgraduate degree.
Experience in Technical Discovery Calls, Proof Of Value Demonstrations, Product Deep-Dives, API Demonstrations, Architecture Diagrams, and Technical Best Practices.
Proficiency in Solution Requirements, Pre-Sales Support, Stakeholder Collaboration, Sales Acumen, and Technical Aptitude.
Familiarity with REST APIs, Webhook Events, and Value-Based Selling.
Experience with AI Tools and NLP Technologies.
