Introduction

Life Academy is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Advisor (Student Success Manager) to join our team. This role focuses on guiding students through their practical journey in financial markets, from demo accounts to active trading, ensuring high engagement and successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Contact new leads and students via calls, messaging apps, email, and other channels.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of company and partner products/services related to financial markets.
• Guide users through account opening and deposit processes on trading platforms.
• Educate students on the benefits of real vs. demo accounts to drive conversions.
• Build trust and motivate students to become active traders.
• Adhere to communication standards and approved sales scripts.
• Accurately manage and update data in the CRM system.
• Track and respond to student interactions across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and subject matter experts to improve conversion rates.
• Analyze user behavior and engagement to optimize sales strategies.
• Provide feedback to enhance student experience and refine the conversion funnel.
• Conduct group webinars and promote additional educational products/features.
• Support various sales and operational tasks within the team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management.
• Mandatory experience in trading, forex, finance, or cryptocurrency.
• Experience working in Latin American (LatAm) markets, with an understanding of regional student/customer behavior.
• Comfortable working with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance-based targets.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, and Google Sheets.
• Sales-driven and goal-oriented, with proven ability to engage students and convert them into active trading practitioners.
• Strong communication skills, ability to build trust, and clearly explain complex financial concepts.
• Proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify student pain points and offer effective solutions.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, planning, and discipline.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.

• Experience in an educational technology or e-learning environment.
• Knowledge of various trading platforms and financial instruments.
