Research and Development Chemist - AI Trainer

Introduction

We are seeking a Research and Development Chemist to train AI models. In this role, you will assess the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and contribute to improving the quality of AI models. This position requires an expert level of chemistry knowledge. Related fields include Chemistry and/or Chemical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Give AI chatbots complex chemistry questions and evaluate their outputs.
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented.
• Solid knowledge of general, organic, and physical chemistry concepts.
• A current, in progress, or completed Master's and/or PhD is preferred but not required.
