Introduction

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Regulatory Paralegal to join our legal team. This role is crucial in supporting Paxos's mission to rebuild the financial system by ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely compliance with evolving financial regulations. You will play a key role in managing regulatory filings, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and contributing to the company's ongoing regulatory obligations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit various regulatory filings and reports.
• Coordinate responses to subpoenas and other documentation requests.
• Maintain organized records of all regulatory correspondence and obligations.
• Track deadlines meticulously to ensure the timely completion of all compliance tasks.
• Provide support during audits, examinations, and regulatory inquiries.
• Collaborate effectively with legal, compliance, and business teams to gather necessary information and resolve any issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience supporting regulatory filings, audits, or compliance programs.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with document management and productivity tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Interest in or experience using AI tools in daily workflows to enhance efficiency.

Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $87,000 to $99,000.
