About the Position
Introduction
We are looking for a Regional Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team and support our go-to-market plan for the Benelux market. As an intern, you will contribute to various facets of marketing, including planning, campaign management, lead generation, and content development, to help drive business growth in Benelux. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and make a real impact.
Responsibilities
- Support the Regional Marketing Lead Benelux to develop and execute local marketing campaigns based on the global strategy, specific to the Benelux market.
- Assist in the end-to-end management of marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the central marketing team to align local efforts with global initiatives and ensure brand consistency.
- Support lead generation activities through various channels, both online and offline.
- Contribute to content creation and localization efforts, ensuring relevance and cultural nuances are reflected.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Help organise and participate in local events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights for optimization and future strategies.
- Work with external agencies and partners to amplify marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English (required).
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Enthusiastic about learning and growing in the field of regional marketing.
- Availability for a 6-month full-time (40 hours/week) internship.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM).
- Proficiency in additional languages such as French or German.
