Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Referral & Ambassador Manager to spearhead the growth of GoMining’s referral ecosystem. This role is pivotal in attracting, onboarding, and nurturing a network of ambassadors, community leaders, bloggers, and influencers to drive revenue through our referral program. Combining strategic partnerships, community engagement, growth experimentation, and diligent CRM management, you will be instrumental in scaling our active referrer base and optimizing their contribution.

Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and onboard ambassadors, community leaders, bloggers, and influencers to participate in the GoMining referral program.
• Engage with crypto communities across major social platforms including X (Twitter), YouTube, Telegram, and Discord.
• Directly communicate with partners, providing thorough onboarding, explaining product value, and detailing referral mechanics.
• Guide partners through the process of generating their first active referrals and purchases.
• Design, test, and validate hypotheses related to partner types, engagement formats, geographical reach, and acquisition channels.
• Collect and analyze feedback from both active and inactive/declined partners to continuously improve the referral program.
• Maintain and update partner pipelines using CRM systems, with a strong preference for Monday CRM.
• Collaborate closely with affiliate managers, marketing, and product teams to maximize referral-driven revenue growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in referral programs, ambassador programs, partnerships, community management, or sales.
• Hands-on experience working directly with bloggers, influencers, or online communities.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in working with CRM systems; experience with Monday CRM is a significant advantage.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, the creator economy, and various digital communication tools.
• A keen interest in crypto/Web3 and a willingness to quickly develop deep product knowledge (prior deep expertise is not strictly required).
• English language proficiency at CEFR B2 level or higher.

Nice to Have

• Direct experience within the blockchain or crypto industry.
• Demonstrated success in scaling referral programs from the ground up.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools to track and report on program performance.
