As a Recruiter within the Enterprise Industrial team, you will be responsible for finding, approaching, and guiding IT professionals within sectors such as Manufacturing, High Tech, IT & Digital Services, Energy, Logistics, and Engineering.

You will receive a lot of responsibility and the opportunity to further develop yourself as a recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Actively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Apply Boolean Searches.
• Conduct intake and selection interviews.
• Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a network of professionals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and colleagues to achieve the best matches.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Experience with sourcing and candidate outreach.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Knowledge of Boolean Search is a plus.
• Available for 32-40 hours per week.
• Proactive, commercially oriented, independent, flexible, and enjoy working with colleagues.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
