Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably within a fast-paced technology or startup environment.
• Strong understanding of various recruitment methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with the blockchain or crypto industry is a significant plus.
