Introduction

Squad is looking for technical sourcers/recruiters in the blockchain space. This role offers full flexibility, no full-time commitment, and significant earning potential. We are inviting top recruiting partners to join our exclusive pilot program, providing access to a unique pipeline of clients.

Responsibilities

• Privileged Client Pipeline: Access and recruit for roles within Squad's partnerships with leading VCs, ecosystems, and startups in the blockchain space (e.g., Rainbow, Moonshot, a16z, Stellar).
• Full Flexibility: Independently choose which startups to recruit for and when, getting paid for every successfully hired candidate.
• Quality-First Matching: Utilize Squad's network of technical and domain experts to validate niche skills, ensuring high-quality candidate placements.
• Efficient Process Management: Focus on quality over quantity with an efficient, low-overhead process, distinct from traditional external recruitment partners.
• Candidate Ownership: Retain ownership of all submitted candidates, even if they are considered for multiple roles.
• Transparent Process: Submit candidates, track their status, and receive real-time updates and feedback via the Squad dashboard.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a technical sourcer/recruiter, ideally within the blockchain or Web3 space.
• Ability to assess and validate technical skills, leveraging expert networks when necessary.
• Strong understanding of the Web3 talent landscape.
