Introduction

Sei Development Foundation is seeking a passionate Web3 Recruiter to support the company's global hiring efforts. You will collaborate with leaders across Business Development, Growth, and Product to expand the Sei team, focusing on sourcing and hiring Web3 talent across the globe.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and close top-tier Web3 talent globally (US, EMEA, APAC), communicating the unique mission and culture of the Sei Development Foundation.
• Execute thoughtful, personalized outbound campaigns to passive talent.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for multiple open roles, prioritizing quality and speed.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Track sourcing metrics and continuously iterate strategies based on performance.
• Manage recruiting coordination, including scheduling interviews and maintaining up-to-date Applicant Tracking System (ATS) records.

Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting within a Web3 startup environment, building global teams.
• Deep understanding of the current Web3 talent market, with a focus on hiring for Layer 1/Layer 2 blockchain projects.
• Strong research and outreach skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new role requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• A history of building strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers in early-stage startup environments.
• A genuine passion for the diverse use cases and transformative impact of crypto on the future of finance.
• Demonstrated relentlessness in professional challenges and achievements.
• Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
• Experience working independently in a hybrid and asynchronous setting.
• Proficiency in using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, X (formerly Twitter) Jobs, and Ashby.
