About the Position

Introduction

Crypto.com is seeking an experienced Quant Trader (VP) to join our dynamic Quant Trading team. This team is at the forefront of executing trades and managing risks associated with D1 and derivative products, utilizing advanced trading strategies in fast-paced and complex environments. If you possess a strong quantitative background, expertise in systematic trading, and a passion for crypto markets, we invite you to contribute to our mission of accelerating cryptocurrency adoption.

Responsibilities

Manage resources effectively to ensure efficient fulfillment of trading operations and tasks.
Monitor and report daily market sentiment, risk exposures, profit & loss, and other critical metrics.
Conduct thorough post-trade analyses to continuously improve trading strategies and algorithmic performance.
Collaborate closely with trading developers to enhance pricing, trading, and booking logic.

Requirements

Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline from a top global university.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in systematic or electronic trading environments.
Proficiency in Python, C++, or Java, with a strong commitment to continuous technical skill development.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance work output and efficiency.
Exceptional analytical skills coupled with acute attention to detail.
Proven capability to perform efficiently and effectively under high-pressure situations.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and digital asset trading.
