Introduction

As a Quality Consultant at AUTO|Q, you will be the connecting factor between technology, processes, and business. You will play a crucial role in defining, implementing, and improving quality processes within projects and organizations. You will help teams integrate quality into their working methods and inspire others to achieve quality objectives. You have a passion for quality and testing, a proactive mindset, and the drive to make a difference with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Help teams improve their test approach by addressing bottlenecks and optimizing processes.
• Guide Agile teams in implementing Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) to elevate the quality of their applications.
• Conduct risk analyses to determine the appropriate test strategy with clients and proactively manage risks.
• Train teams in best practices for test automation and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Proven work experience in a similar role.
• Experience with setting up and implementing quality processes.
• Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 25010, TMMi, or CMMI.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and DevOps methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of translating complex issues into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convince stakeholders at various levels.
• Possess a TMap and/or ISTQB certificate.
• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Proficient in Dutch, both spoken and written.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

• Salary between €4,500 and €6,000 gross per month (based on 40 hours per week). Exact compensation depends on your experience and role.
