Introduction

Syncreon Consulting is seeking a skilled Python AI Developer with expertise in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture, Azure cloud services, and Agentic AI. This role involves developing and implementing advanced AI solutions for various industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI solutions using Python.
• Work with RAG architecture and LLM-based applications.
• Utilize Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or LangGraph.
• Leverage Azure cloud services, including Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search.
• Design and interact with vector databases like Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Weaviate, or Cosmos DB.
• Apply prompt engineering and fine-tuning concepts for AI models.
• Build APIs, microservices, and manage cloud deployments.
• Contribute to projects involving NLP, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Utilize Git for version control and implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Python development.
• Hands-on experience with RAG architecture and LLM-based applications.
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or LangGraph).
• Strong experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search.
• Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Weaviate, Cosmos DB).
• Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning concepts.
• Familiarity with web frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and cloud deployments.
• Strong understanding of NLP, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes).
