Responsibilities

• Lead the digital overhaul of global sourcing operations.
• Ensure timely delivery of critical parts to customers.
• Leverage AI to predict demand and automate procurement tasks.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Build technical infrastructure for automated supply chain processes.
• Utilize Python, SQL, and AI-assisted development to create automated systems.
• Develop data visualizations in Tableau.
• Apply LLM-driven coding workflows to solve complex logistics problems.
• Transform raw data into actionable market and policy analysis.

Requirements

• Proven experience in purchasing or supply chain management.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with AI-assisted development or LLM-driven coding workflows (referred to as "vibe coding").
• Strong data visualization skills, ideally with Tableau.
• Ability to modernize global sourcing operations.
• Experience in digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience with global sourcing and overseas supplier management.
• Background in inventory management and supplier relationship management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
