Introduction

Haystack People is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager, Migration and Onboarding to facilitate seamless transitions for clients adopting new software and systems. This role is crucial for maintaining client satisfaction and retention, making a significant impact on client success within a forward-thinking recruitment agency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire migration process, from initial planning and data transfer to configuring new environments.
• Provide comprehensive training and support to users post-migration.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams and client stakeholders, serving as the central point of contact.
• Ensure all project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and effectively communicate progress and solutions.
• Contribute to the improvement of migration and onboarding processes for future projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, ideally within software implementation or IT infrastructure migration projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and expectations effectively.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

• Experience working within a recruitment or HR tech environment.
• Familiarity with various project management methodologies.
