The world of IT and business is constantly evolving, presenting numerous opportunities. Due to increasing demand for Digital Experts, we are expanding our team of Project Managers. As a Project Manager at ilionx, you will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of various projects. Whether it's implementing new systems, migrating data, or optimizing business processes, you ensure everything runs smoothly. You achieve this by translating client needs into concrete solutions, which you then realize with your project team.

You will work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You will collaborate with a team of specialists, including developers, consultants, and architects. You will be the central point of contact between the client, the project team, and the management. You ensure everyone is aligned and expectations are managed. You do this with a healthy dose of humor and a positive attitude. You lead and coach your project team where necessary, but you are also hands-on. From planning and budget management to risk analysis and quality assurance, you have everything under control. As a Project Manager at ilionx, you are a true driver, bringing projects to a successful conclusion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver various IT projects, such as system implementations, data migrations, and business process optimizations.
• Translate client requests into concrete, actionable solutions.
• Lead and coach a project team of developers, consultants, and architects.
• Serve as the central point of contact between clients, the project team, and management.
• Ensure alignment among all stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Oversee project planning, budget management, risk analysis, and quality assurance.
• Maintain a hands-on approach and actively contribute to project success.

Requirements

• Completed HBO or WO degree, preferably in a technical or business-related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT sector.
• Proven experience with Prince2 and/or Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire people.
• Client-oriented and proactive attitude.
• Ability to understand complex issues and develop concrete solutions.
• Team player with a hands-on mentality.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing.
• Valid B driver's license.
