Responsibilities

• Connecting changing business needs with IT solutions.
• Managing the coherence between processes, data, and systems.
• Leading and structuring change projects within your domain.
• Ensuring that projects transition smoothly from "change" to a stable and manageable "run."
• Prioritizing initiatives and monitoring the roadmap.
• Stimulating continuous process improvement.
• Bringing together stakeholders at strategic, tactical, and operational levels.

Requirements

• A completed HBO (higher vocational) or university education, for example, in IT, business administration, or information management.
• Demonstrable experience as a Program Manager, Domain Controller, or in a similar coordinating role.
• Experience with complex change processes within larger organizations (e.g., government, municipalities, or corporate environments).
• Strategic thinking combined with execution power.
• Experience in managing change processes where IT and business converge.
• Strong affinity with process optimization and business operations.
• Ability to transition change sustainably into a stable run.
• Organizational sensitivity and excellent communication skills.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
