Product Owner - Digital Product

Introduction

Sia, an international next-generation management consulting group founded in 1999, is seeking a Product Owner for Sia Experience. We blend data augmentation, creativity enrichment, and responsibility-driven approaches to collaborate with clients, tackling challenges and seizing opportunities in a rapidly evolving world. Sia Experience spearheads connectivity between brands and consumers with a strong analytical focus, leveraging best practices in creativity and design. The division boasts €20 million in revenue and 120 designers, marketing consultants, and digital experts across 10 design centers worldwide.

Responsibilities

As a Product Owner, you will join multidisciplinary and experienced teams to reflect upon, design, and implement digital product projects, either at the agency or on client assignments. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating workshops with clients and/or end-users to deeply understand their challenges and stakes.
• Framing, challenging, and prioritizing needs.
• Defining the product vision in alignment with project stakeholders and communicating it to teams via the product roadmap.
• Writing User Stories and their acceptance criteria.
• Collaborating closely with Agile teams to clarify, refine, and develop User Stories.
• Managing and prioritizing the Product Backlog.
• Animating Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
• Monitoring sprints and participating in acceptance testing.
• Managing the project in coordination with the client, Agile team, and IT, ensuring communication and steering committees among stakeholders throughout the project.

Requirements

• Proficiency in concepts like API, wireframes, Design System, and CMS.
• Experience with ticketing tools (Jira, Redmine, or similar).
• Familiarity with collaborative sharing tools (Miro, Confluence, etc.).
• Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business or engineering school.
• 3 to 6 years of experience as a Product Owner, Digital Project Manager, or Technical Project Manager.
• Strong client service and satisfaction orientation, with excellent communication, persuasion, and leadership skills.
• Curious and proactive nature, understanding business challenges and capable of identifying, classifying, and prioritizing client functionalities and needs while mastering the technical aspects of products under your responsibility.
• Ability to work autonomously and in an organized manner, with strong writing skills and a good sense of synthesis.
• Fluent in English in a professional context.

Nice to Have

• Some knowledge of SEO, GDPR, and eco-design (Green IT) to manage data recovery, redirects, etc.
• Agile certification.
