Responsibilities

As a Product Owner at Team Rockstars IT, you will be the linchpin between the business and the development team. You will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and managing the product backlog. Your mission is to maximize the business value of the product and ensure that the right functionalities are delivered at the right time. You achieve this by working closely with stakeholders, users, and the development team. You are an excellent communicator and can translate complex issues into clear and manageable user stories.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Gathering and analyzing requirements from stakeholders and users.
• Developing and refining user stories, acceptance criteria, and product roadmaps.
• Prioritizing the product backlog based on business value and strategic goals.
• Guiding and supporting the development team throughout the sprints.
• Monitoring progress and making timely adjustments where necessary.
• Communicating the product vision and progress to all involved parties.
• Organizing and facilitating stakeholder meetings, refinement sessions, and sprint reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into concrete and clear user stories.
• Experience with managing and prioritizing product backlogs.
• Knowledge and experience with various Agile frameworks and tools.
• Proactive attitude, results-oriented, and strong analytical skills.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
