Introduction

Binance is seeking a highly experienced and passionate Product Manager with deep expertise in Web3 and Decentralized Finance (DeFi) to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in driving the development and delivery of innovative blockchain and crypto products, contributing to our mission of advancing the freedom of money globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch for large-scale Web3 and DeFi initiatives.
• Translate market insights and data-driven analysis into actionable product strategies and solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure seamless product development and deployment.
• Define product roadmaps, features, and user stories with a strong focus on user experience and security.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and challenges.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience specifically within the Web3 space.
• Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, wallet infrastructure, on-chain transaction lifecycles, payments, and DeFi protocols.
• Proven track record of successfully leading product design and delivery for significant projects.
• Strong market intuition combined with a data-driven approach to product development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Passion for emerging technologies, innovation, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to thrive and execute effectively in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
