Introduction

Binance, the world's leading blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking an experienced Product Manager for Structured Products & Earn. This role is crucial for developing innovative financial products and expanding our offerings in the rapidly evolving digital asset space. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in financial products, particularly structured products, options trading, or wealth management, and a keen understanding of crypto market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Binance's Structured Products and Earn offerings.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback collection to identify new product opportunities and improvements.
• Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, legal, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate on products based on data-driven insights.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in the crypto and traditional financial markets, especially concerning yield generation, arbitrage, and structured financial instruments.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to articulate product value and strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial products, with a strong preference for backgrounds in structured products, options trading, or wealth management.
• Solid understanding of options fundamentals and crypto market dynamics, including common yield sources and arbitrage mechanics.
• Outstanding communication, coordination, and project management skills, with the ability to drive complex projects to completion.
• Strong user insight and innovative thinking, capable of translating user needs into compelling product features.
• Fluent in Mandarin, with working-level English for effective cross-team and partner communication.

• Web3/crypto experience is a significant plus.
