Product Manager, Identity and Access Management

Introduction

Bitso is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the strategic direction and execution of our operations systems, with a specific focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM). This role is crucial for developing efficient, scalable solutions that support Bitso's rapid growth and ensure world-class security and user experience for our retail and institutional customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Identity and Access Management product domain, providing guidance, roadmap definition, and alignment in partnership with engineering.
• Define the product vision and roadmap for Bitso's central systems, impacting both retail and institutional customers.
• Oversee the integration and strategy for Authentication and Identity Management, integrating them with the security capabilities of Bitso's applications.
• Utilize the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) model to set ambitious goals, track progress, and measure the success of the product group.
• Collaborate with engineers, engineering managers, and designers to prioritize features, ensuring technical feasibility and user-centricity.
• Conduct internal discovery and user testing to validate concepts and iterate based on feedback from Operations and various Business Units.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, delivering high-impact results.
• Demonstrated experience with IAM, security features for mobile devices, and web applications.
• Expertise with critical and highly available systems.
• Strong background in building data-driven solutions, designing end-to-end products that properly separate transactional and analytical data.
• Proven track record of using the OKR metrics model to align team goals with business strategy.
• Experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to negotiate and align diverse interests from business, retail, and engineering teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
