Introduction

Crypto.com is seeking an experienced Card Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Taipei, Taiwan. This role is crucial for driving the end-to-end management of our card products, from inception through execution, and playing a key role in expanding our global footprint. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to launch innovative features and products that enhance market penetration and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute the most appropriate strategy for launching card products in new countries, managing the entire process, including critical stakeholder management and ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.
• Design achievable timelines and ensure the successful delivery of card products to market.
• Manage and enhance relationships with business partners and vendors (e.g., card schemes, issuers, acquirers) to secure optimal solutions and commercial agreements for Crypto.com.
• Gain a deep understanding of our product offerings and lead enhancements aimed at improving Crypto.com's market penetration, usage, and profitability.
• Lead cross-regional and cross-functional project teams.
• Stay informed on current trends, competitor activities, and developments within both the cryptocurrency and traditional financial markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in product management, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the financial services industry focusing on card products.
• Profound understanding of card payment systems, relevant regulations, and industry trends.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully launch and manage card products that contribute to revenue growth.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• Experience with Agile product development methodologies.
