This role is for a builder-PM who will define the future of enterprise AI by getting hands-on with functional prototypes of AI agents and intelligent search features. You will utilize AI-assisted development and 'vibe coding' techniques to rapidly iterate on product concepts, bridging the gap between hypotheses and enterprise-scale execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test autonomous AI agents for complex enterprise data navigation.
• Enhance intelligent search to improve insight discovery across vast data systems.
• Conduct rapid experimentation using natural language prompting and AI tools to validate ideas.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with AI research, design, and engineering teams.
• Influence the platform capabilities of Salesforce's AI CRM.

Requirements

• Over five years of product experience.
• Passion for modern, AI-augmented building.
• Ability to utilize AI-assisted development and 'vibe coding' techniques.
• Experience with AI agent orchestration, intelligent search, and rapid experimentation.

• Strong technical fluency.
• Experience with cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management.
