Introduction

Treehouse Labs is seeking a highly motivated and meticulous Product Management Intern to join our team in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity to work across product development teams and contribute to our product development processes within the rapidly evolving DeFi space.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product, Quant, and Development teams to build operational processes (e.g., monitoring, escalation alerts) from the ground up.
• Product Monitoring:
  • Utilize appropriate tools and alerts to monitor the health of our internal systems.
  • Identify gaps in existing monitoring processes and recommend new tools or improvements.
  • Ensure all services run smoothly and trigger the right level of actions should certain thresholds be reached.
  • Escalate any issues promptly to the relevant team for investigation.
• Product Launches:
  • Support Product Managers and contribute to all aspects of a product launch, including setting up new monitoring scripts and alerts.
  • Guarantee operational excellence in every product launch.
• Customer Support:
  • Follow up promptly with customer requests and coordinate with all relevant teams to provide timely responses.
  • Provide customer feedback to Product Managers to inform product improvements.
  • Provide adequate levels of explanation and documentation to customers.
• Onboarding:
  • Drive the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring each new user is onboarded within set timeframes.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for every new user and identify ways to enhance it.

• A strong understanding and genuine interest in the Decentralized Finance (DeFi) space.
• A creative problem-solver with a 'can-do' attitude.
• Highly motivated and proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
