Introduction

Cash App is seeking a Product Lead to join their Community product team. This role focuses on defining the vision and strategy for peer-to-peer payments and related features, aiming to grow Cash App's network by fostering meaningful financial relationships among its 40 million+ users.

Responsibilities

• Craft the vision and experiences for multiple areas of the Community product team's roadmap.
• Define the strategy, goals, and roadmap for Cash App's peer-to-peer payments product and associated feature areas.
• Own features from initial exploration through to launch, involving hands-on work and long-term planning.
• Develop unique features that integrate seamlessly with the broader Cash App product ecosystem.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and other disciplines to build diverse teams and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management or equivalent experience.
• A humble and resourceful "get-it-done" mindset, comfortable with going from 0 to 1.
• Strong customer empathy and the ability to leverage design effectively.
• Proven analytical skills and a deep understanding of network effects, including how to reinforce them in product design.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects spanning engineering and product disciplines.
• Comfort with ambiguity; capable of independently formulating and testing clear hypotheses, and solving problems without explicit direction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
