Product Director, XBNK (Remote)

Introduction

Xbnk is seeking an experienced and visionary Product Director to define and execute the long-term product strategy across our entire platform. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving innovation, scaling our product organization, and ensuring Xbnk remains at the forefront of the fintech and crypto space.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term product vision and strategy across the entire Xbnk platform.
• Translate business goals into clear, actionable product roadmaps with measurable impact.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Product Managers, building a high-performance product organization.
• Drive excellence across the full product lifecycle: discovery, delivery, and continuous optimization.
• Establish a strong culture of data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and iteration.
• Partner closely with leadership, Engineering, Data, Compliance, and Growth to align strategy and execution.
• Deeply understand users, behaviors, and market trends to identify new opportunities and product gaps.
• Own the evolution of key product areas, including wallets, swaps, on/off-ramps, cards, and user experience flows.
• Set and enforce best practices in product development, agile delivery, and product quality.
• Balance speed and execution with long-term scalability and platform thinking.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, including 3+ years in a leadership role (Director / Head of Product / Group PM).
• Proven track record of building and scaling consumer-facing tech or fintech products.
• Strong leadership skills — experience hiring, mentoring, and growing high-performing product teams.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with complex product ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of at least one of the following:
  • Crypto products (wallets, exchanges, DeFi)
  • Fintech/payments platforms
• Strong analytical mindset — able to prioritize, execute, and drive outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate at executive level.
• Experience with agile frameworks and tools (JIRA, product analytics, etc.).
• Fluent in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience building crypto-first or Web3 products.
• Background in global product scaling across multiple markets.
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulated fintech environments.
• Experience working closely with growth and monetization teams.
