Genius Sports is seeking a creative technologist to bridge the gap between design and code, transforming live sports data into engaging visual stories. This role focuses on crafting user experiences for high-stakes environments such as betting platforms and live broadcast interfaces. You will move beyond traditional UI/UX by building and iterating on interactive components that handle real-time statistics and complex fan interactions.

Your workflow will embrace a hybrid approach, integrating Figma with AI-driven development tools. You'll generate React-based prototypes and explore AI-driven product features using tools like Claude Code and Cursor. The ideal candidate will leverage natural language prompting as a powerful tool to accelerate the concept-to-functional-code process.

Responsibilities

• Craft user experiences for high-stakes environments like betting platforms and live broadcast interfaces.
• Build and iterate on interactive components handling real-time sports data and fan interactions.
• Utilize a hybrid workflow combining Figma with AI-assisted coding in React, HTML, and CSS.
• Generate React-based prototypes and experiment with AI-driven product features using Claude Code and Cursor.
• Apply a builder mindset focused on rapid experimentation and systems thinking.
