Introduction

Pink Elephant is modernizing mental healthcare through innovative digital products. As a Product Designer, you will lead the complete journey of these products, ensuring they are not only functional but also emotionally engaging and highly effective at retaining users.

Responsibilities

• Direct AI-assisted tools to build interactive, high-fidelity prototypes.
• Ship real UI components that maintain a consistent design system.
• Use natural language to iterate on mobile-first, native iOS experiences.
• Define the visual identity of breakthrough health products.
• Obsess over conversion funnels and user habits.

Requirements

• Experience with end-to-end product design.
• Proficiency with AI toolsets including Cursor, v0, and Bolt.
• Ability to bridge the gap between Figma and production code.
• Familiarity with mobile-first and native iOS design principles.
• Strong understanding of user retention strategies and conversion optimization.

Nice to Have

• Background in mental healthcare or progressive therapies.
