As a Process Engineer at ilionx, you will be the specialist in optimizing business processes for our clients. You will analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and design effective solutions. With your expertise in process modeling and automation, you will proactively help our clients work more efficiently. In this role, you will be part of our Center of Excellence and work for a large organization in the Netherlands, where your contribution directly impacts the development of advanced and future-proof process solutions.

Your role encompasses the entire trajectory: from analysis and design to implementation. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, and developers to translate business needs into technical solutions, utilizing advanced tools such as Camunda Platform, Apache Kafka, and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and model business processes (BPMN).
• Design and implement process automation with Camunda Platform (BPMN, DMN).
• Identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities in business processes.
• Advise clients on best practices in process management and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing within the ilionx Center of Excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Process Engineer, Business Consultant, or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of process modeling (BPMN) and automation platforms like Camunda.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly convey complex concepts.
• Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, and other relevant technologies.
